Promoters, How many times have you walked away after being paid out on your guestlist feeling you got burned? You knew you had waaaaaaay more people get in on your guestlist than what the club says you did. This bullshit has happened to most promoters so wtf do you do about it? Either suck it up because it was only a few names or speak up and get an answer you didnt want to hear.
Quite the predicament I'd say but maybe you can do the following...
Step your promo game up as a negotiator and not just the "guestlist person". OK to those non-promoters out there most promoters get paid a certain dollar amount sometime against a tier so basically the more the people on the list then the more money per person they get. It may also include bonus, bar tabs, VIP seating, bottle(s), etc. This is the norm.

So I had this long story n decided I dont want u to fall asleep so short version.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Either a) Get a flat rate/flat dollar amount for services rendered but take note that you had better come through for the club with your commitment or b)Get a tiered "group Headcount rate". Increase the headcount of customers that normally go to the club for that night and get paid for the headcount OVER that normal headcount. As an example for every 25 ppl over=$100. Its alot easier than getting screwed counting every single person on your list goin through the door.
want more info? lemme know!
