So you think you got what it takes to be a Promoter but do you go at it by yourself or partner/team up?
Disadvantages of going Solo
-More work (much more work) promoting
-More time is necessary because you're only one person
Advantages of going solo
-All profit goes to you
-You control your business

-Some team members dont pull their own weight
-Money gets spread too thin
-Different goals/ideas=conflict
Advantages of a Team
-More hands=more work done
-More brainstorming
-Network is much larger
My opinion on this one? Go Team but take advantage of the above info! If team members are lazy, slow to act and even clueless remember its a business so part ways immediately. Establish who does what and when they are to do it. Establish a pecking order meaning who is the boss and what are each team members responsibilities. Communicate with all team members as much as possible. Get things in writing<~~trust me on this one! and also define and explain clearly what the payout split is and confirm their understanding.
